i bought goods from 'www.koovs.com', i made online credit card payment and they confirmed my order, but they didn't delivered the package yet, on checking online status of my order they say 'receive back at koovs'.
now i don't know what to do because they don't even reply via e-mails and i made many phone calls during their working hours but no one pick up calls. this seems like this company is a fraud.
