I have cancel my ticket on 11th Feb., 2015 which was book earlier on 18th Jan.,2015 through Freedom rewards. But after cancellation till now money has not been refunded. I have made many complains earlier but did not solved the problem. PNR no. was RD9B8H, SG 834 flight and Ref. No. CABF/FR/0154533 and the amount was Rs. 6399.12 and transaction was Rewards_SBI-ePayIN-txn011817415671.
