Respected sir,
I am Senthilkumar PS residing at M 712 , Muthampalayam housing unit, Phase 3, Chennimalai Road, Erode 638009. My contact no Is 9843089894.
I placed Helmet Order in Online Shopping M/s.ALLHIT Bazzar shopping Zone. New Delhi. One person
Mr.Pradeep attend the call Mobile No is : 09015666566 & 01122483649. I enquired about ISI Branded helmet and Wholesale cost & Delivery time from New Delhi to Erode ( TN) and ask to send the Helmet Model and price in my Whatapps account.
He Send the image of the helmet design and price in Whatapps. I ask whether it is ISI branded? He said 100 % ISI Branded. Ok I trusted him. Rate is fixed for Rs.450/- per helmet, I bargain and Fix the price is Rs.435/-per helmet. All Conversations in my whatapps recorded and screen shots also I am having.
I ask what is cost of MRP in Helmet Box. Mr.Pradeep said Its around Rs. 900 To Rs.1200. I trusted, I again asked him whether its is ISI Branded. He agree Yes.
I placed order for 120 helmets @ Rs. 435 = 52200.00 dt.4.7.2015. Mr.Pradeep given Bank Details In Favour of NEW FREE INDIA AUTO TRADERS – VIKAS MARG. NEW DELHI – HDFC BANK.
I send the payment Thro SBI my account Rs.52000/- for 120 helmets i.e rs.435 per helmet. SBI ref no : ITD8331425 for Rs.52000 Dt. 4.7.2015 : 12.02 PM. I asked him to issue bill . They agree.
5.07.2015 another person called to my mobile number and asking you placed order for helmets? I said yes. His mobile No : 8565014940. Once gain I repeated the Helmet model and price & ISI brand. He also accepted. Two days gone, still they not dispatched my goods. I again called Mr.Pradeep he not attended my call. I make several calls but he simply message me im busy right now. I am shocked. Upto payment he will follow me after that not not pick one single call from my mobile.
Then I go to Second person ie.8565014940 ( Name also they not said proper) from 6.7.2015 to until today he is speaking to me reg my order. They sent helmet thro National Carriers , LR copy in my whatapps. I called Second person why u send upto Chennai , I asked delivery for erode only. Nest day morning he told ok we stopped ur Despatch. Im shocked Im having LR copy –how it possible?
I relaise they are Cheeting. Then they send thro Trackon Courier , I received the goods with damaged dt.16.7.2015 Ganny bags bundles with out bill . I take to my place and counted I am shocked there is 48 pcs and MRP is Rs.325 to Rs.375. ISI Sticker is fixed in helmet. In Helmet boes the MRP is over righted in Hand in Black Sketch. I take Photos in my mobile.
I called him around 9.00pm same day he gently received the phone and answering MRP is 900 only. He argue to me. I asked ISI sticker is pasted – he dost take care . I felt very unhappy, andd I feel I was Cheeted and make me Fool by ALLHIT Bazzar people. And for order 120 helmets they send 48 only. Remaining I asked they said Iit will take another 10 days. I told your brand RAI TECH Helmets is very Poor no quality no safe to customers.
They never mind the serious about product. My price is Rs.435 but In boxes Mrp is Rs.375.
Sir they are froud persons who handle me.
Second batch I received thro Safe express that contains also 48 helmets. Again shortage. From first onwards I ask them to stop my second order and refund my money. But they not accepted there is no refund policy. I told in ALLHIT Bazzar website there is policy. They never mind sir.
There thought is they have to cheet me. All I am having whatappas screen shot & voice recordered.
I asked don’t your helmet refund my money – they wont accept. They bargain my money as Rs.350/
Mini statement
I paid Rs. 52000.00
Helmet per Pcs Rs.435 * 120 helmets = 52200.00
I received 96 PCS * Rs.350 = 33600.00
Refund is Rs. 18400 - but I asking daily they not picking my phone call. They not accept to refund. And
Asking transport charges Rs.10400.00 – I ask them to issue bill but they said bill is no . In transport every one give LR & billcopy. They always doing froud.
Kindly take immediate action and get my money back. These cheeting person allhit bazaar Mr.Prasanth & New Free India Auto Traders.
