Complaint Details
This is reg. my ongoing complaint of 1.5 ton split AC AS185WBDNSTL, bearing serial # E057PP1B100226B registered with Samsung-India for so long.

My split ac’s gas has been leaked 3 times in 9 months, their servicemen just comes, top up the gas, take the charges but did not ever bother to check the leakage & this time resulting in damage of the compressor. Again asking for the charges for replacing the compressor & gas. As simple as that!

The simple explanation I need is as under:

1. Why my water leakage problem is not being resolved since Oct-14.
2. Why the gas leaked again in April-15. (it was filled in Oct-14 but AC ran just for few days due to winter season falling in.)
3. Why the gas leaked again in July-15.
4. Why the leakage of gas was not checked properly at the very first time itself.
5. Why should I pay for the charges again, this time for the condenser too. Which has been damaged due to regular gas leakage & repeated negligence of repair by your engineers.
6. What guarantee is that the same problem would not arise again.

I’ve written Samsung many times for the explanation but did not received any concrete reply, except for typed answer; your product is out of warranty! Out of warranty does not means that customer has to repeatedly pay for your servicemen’s fault & careless attitude. And moreover, they have barred my emails on their regular 'support.india@samsung.com' Email ID.
