Complaint Details
I made an online booking for a new ACT fibernet connection. Later I have been told by ACT customer care that the ACT service isn't available in my location.
Now ACT is not refunding the amount paid by me. It has been more than 3 months. Followed up with ACT customer care via email. They say they will forward my request to their Finance team, but amount is not paid to me yet.
