Regarding grievance against KOTAK Mahendra bank
Last year(2014)I had a LIC cheque bounce which was my salary account. Bounce due to delay in salary credit. 6800 was the cheque value and bank charge 18000 as penalty. Since then I am in financial crisis, then bank started deducting non maintenance charge. I visited the branch and the explanation was not clear. I need advice from you. Thanks
