Complaint Details
I had taken an insurance with them for my iPhone.
It was insured for 70000, first incident, it was damaged and repairs were carried out by the company, total amount 28000. Then, I lost the phone and placed another claim. They were liable to pay me the remaining insured sum minus some depreciation. But they refused to pay any amount.
I have attached refusal mail from their side and also, proof of the terms and conditions and that the scenario is covered by them
