Complaint Details
I got a call from Priority International saying I have won prize and need to attend 90 min session. I went with my parents. They explained their scheme and we liked it. I told them that we will take decision tomorrow as my husband is out of station. But they said offer is only for today and you need to block this offer today itself. I told them that I will block this offer but will take decision tomorrow. I signed the agreement which was not complete as my husband's signature was remaining. Next day we went back to the Aundh office and asked them what if we do not want to sign this membership, they said you won't get back the refund of amount 20,000. As the agreement is not complete, ideally they should refund us the amount. Why do they want to use such money for which they are not going to provide any service? This is cheating. We should go to press and give a big headline so that people get aware of such fraudulent companies and will not fall in such trap.
I am requesting Consumer complaints team to help us to get the refund.
