Hi,

1. Its been more than one month am not able to recharge my Reliance Data Card & not use it - Card number
9347350003 (both through online and through stores). It always shows error message while recharging -
"Server down for maintenance error". No resolution yet for the same issue even after several
complaints.

2. Both Customer Care and Nodal officers wrongly close the complaints after few days saying the issue
has been resolved without testing. They do this perhaps to avoid SLA breach.
3. No clarity on refund / replacing the device from Nodal officers when they know the issue is not
resolved. This shows unethical practices being carried out by Reliance Communications division.
