Dear sir/madam,
It took over 2 months to get my connection ported out to Airtel and I had paid additional amount when I raised the porting request for a smooth processing. Port out process ideally should take 7 working days only. Because it took Vodafone almost 2 months time to relieve my connection, the bill went up. Now Vodafone is asking me to pay pending amount and because of all these, Airtel has barred my outgoing services now.
Reason for porting out was network problem with Vodafone. This complaint was raised multiple times and even after 6 months nothing happened. Things fired up only after the porting out request was raised. I was getting calls from technicians everyday saying network issue will be resolved in 3 days and etc.etc. Resolution that never happened in 6 months time would magically happen in 3 days time if port out request is made?? This anyways was never resolved even till the last day on Vodafone!!!
Seriously the worst service I have ever been in. You guys should be sued for this pathetic service and still not giving peace of mind to previous customers. Hard to recommend Vodafone!!!
Please provide a quick solution for my issue. Asking me to pay the unnecessary amount because Vodafone's processing delay is not a solution!!!
