It is hereby declared :
That I, Rahul Garg, the consumer,purchased an air cooler from BAJAJ ELECTRICALS Ltd.dealer M/S Prem Mega Retails,kitchlu nagar, ludhiana on 22/4/2015.
the cooler caught fire on the night of 2/5/2015 from within at around 1.30 am.
we reported the whole matter to the dealer as well as the company but no satisfactory work was done.
The company personnel did come but said that the matter was rubbish as according to him we ourselves burnt the cooler, which seems a ridiculous statement by a person of such post.
Moreover we were not provided with the bill of the article. Only a warranty card is available.
Also on warning both the opposite parties about complaining in the honorable court they took it very lightly and mocked us of this step.
we do posses a complaint no. which was filed with the customer care of the company i.e. 7051197 filed on 2/6/2015
so we request that this problem should be resolved at the earliest because it had caused us serious mental harassment.
We demand damages of Rs.80000 plus the exchange of cooler.
