Complaint Details
micromax canvas kinght(top end model Rs.15300) purchased through snapdeal before 7 months.4 th month tocuh screen gone insensitive,problem addressed by authorized dealer and after 10 days touch replaced.
but when its returned another problems arisen
1.back door was not correctly fixed (due to poor technician and facility)
2.previously well working vibrator and hearing speaker become noisy.when questioning dealer told again he replace back door,vibrator and speaker.
another 10 days received mobile without the above problems but still back door was not fixed as it was in the original condition. within no gap after 2 weeks again my battery bulged and door was broken again,this time dealer says to pay 1500 under out of warranty.
my questions are,
1.with in 7 months if i need to replace these many times whats the quality of the product.
2.service technician of the authorized center mishandled my phone.
3.when returning phone they get back their job-sheet,then whats the evidence for a customer that he replace these many components.
4.i need the company to take my phone and service it and bring back in original condition or to replace new one. Kindly help me regarding this.
