Complaint Details
I had given a Newly purchased Xolo tegra tablet on 25/08/2015. Due to some touch screen issues, I had give to Service center on 08/08/2015, but till now the authorised persons are not answering properly after serveral follow ups by calling and directly visiting to Service center. They not even issued my work order number also. I am fearing about my device getting back to me in good condition. Kindly help me to get it back by assured good service
