COOLING PROBLEM.
Dear Sir,
First of all I would like to thanks to you guys. At least one contact is now there with us with the help of your support with can get our rights. I don't miss any of your show and this is my first & I'm sure my step towards SAMSUNG INDIA LTD. & I don't need to go anywhere after contacting you guys.
To describe you the matter I would like to share my last written mail which I had sent to Samsung.
now at the end of the story is that they are saying that we need to feel gas in it again (2nd time ) .when I resist for the repairing they are not ready to replace their product and not interested to refund my total amount also. I want to attach pics also to show that cooling is not the only problem I'm facing its color is also getting fed day by day.which I don't have right now with me.

This is Manish Chawla an unsatisfied & exhausted client of your company & the services of you company (Samsung India Ltd).I'm coming to the matter directly. I had bought a Samsung Refrigerator(SAMSUNG FF-56H6679SL) from your channel partner Sargam Electronics on 04-05-2014 of rs 66000. After 3 month of buying this fabulous product it stopped working we called to customer care & they had arranged an executive visit.
# For the first time your executive told us that there is part which need to be changed after view day when the same problem took place then your person visited again
# Your executive told us that we need to change the compressor & they changed it because the product was in guarantee or warranty. But while changing the compressor they burned the right side of the refrigerator with their gas cylinders.We didn't complaint about it because it was the matter of his job anyways...
# 2 month after changing the compressor the refrigerator stop working again .We used the same process again this time your executive came and told us that we need fill gas in it.And he charge 1150 rs from us against the same.
# After 2 to 3 months we found the same problem again we called to your dept.This time they said that we need change a pipe i don't know the name of the particular pipe & he charge 350 rs from us again.
# Again after 2 to 3 months the refrigerator stopped cooling we had no choice so again we called to your dept.
And 5th time you executive told us that we need to change the compressor again they changed the same.
# The matter is in spite of all this.Refrigerator is still not working.
Now I have described all the matter to you Because I'm fed up now .You should understand today you are not dealing with an uneducated consumer.He know all his rights.He know how to deal with this & he can handle it in a better way.
The problem is that he has no time to do all those things which you will be in trouble after doing.But you have forced me to do such thing if you can't replace the product Than I'm gonna send this mail to consumer form & an notice to Samsung India Ltd. through consumers court .As I'm into the marketing so it will take 1/2 hour to send million of emails which will tell all the other consumer about your services and products.

So that we can take our next step towards it.
