Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased xolo q1000 (IMEI No.: 911310200638394) on 13-10-13. After 3rd day of purchasing my handset is dead, so i called customer care no.180030100104 launch a complaint & complaint No. in 310000128777 & phone picked from my home by Fedex Courier, they are committed to me 10-12 day for phone repair & till date (after 21 days) my phone is not repaired.They are providing very bad service & no satisfactory answers from them.
