Complaint Details
1. I purchased normal set top box by paying 700 INR AND HD set Box by paying 2100 RS. Now both are waste, none can be used.

2. Atleast I have used normal set top box but for HD set top box I paid in full , waited for 5-6 month (as provided HD box was faulty) one of my TV becomes nonfunctional because of being unused. Moreover they are asking for extra 500 INR
My expectations from you:

1. Till now I was looking for either connection or refund but now I am exhausted dealing with this and can’t take it further anymore

2. I just seek for refund for both the set top boxes (normal as well as HD).
