I had booked 2 train tickets through Vora travels on 25th March 2015 for return journey from Mangalore to Mumbai on 11th May 2015 but since I had to postpone my arrival to Mumbai, I cancelled the ticket on 28th April and got a confirmation from IRCTC that my tickets are cancelled and I can collect the refund amount from the agent. I have been following up with the travel agent since then but until date they have not refunded my amount. I am repeatedly calling them and they are fooling me by sometimes saying that the amount is transferred through online banking, sometimes they say its paid by cheque and then they said cash transfer. But I have not received any amount till date. Its just a matter of 900 Rs but it is causing me immense mental agony. Now they are not receiving my calls at all in spite of telling them that I will be complaining to the police, they are so adamant. Please help me in the best possible way. Thank you
