Dear Sir,

I have booked a 2 tickets from Chennai to Madurai on 07-Aug-2015. It was booked through Red Bus and Bus Operator is Vivegam Travels Ticket PNR Number is Ticket no: TH9369639998 PNR no: 2RD34UH. The time of Departure mentioned as 10.00PM. Due to Friday and heavy traffic we were able to reach at 10.05PM at Vivegam Travels. They said the bus is just going go and catch we asked them the Driver Mobile number they refused to give. We requested them to call the Driver and stop they refused to do that also. So we not able to catch the bus. We have called and informed that we are on the way. We have informed Both Redbus and Vivegam Travels they don't have the courtesy to wait for 5min. Also we don't get any call from the Travel agent Vivegam Travels. We complaint the same to Redbus they have not taken any action. we have complaint the same to Vivegam Travels they have also not taken any action we lost the money and we suffered to reach Madurai. So the support of Readbus and Vivegam Travels is very poor.

I had the problem for my return journey also. Which is booked through Redbus the bus operator is Ramya Travels Madurai -> Chennai Sunday, August 9, 2015 Ticket no: TH9345338368 PNR no: RAMF86DF59C. I received a call from Ramaya Travels on 08-Aug-2015 that you have booked a ticket for today. The bus is cancelled today you can get the refund from Redbus. I told them I have booked for 09-Aug-2015. They have refused to listen and asked me to talk to Redbus. I have called redbus and informed the same they said no you ticked is confirmed. I have given call on 09-Aug-2015 at 6.30PM to confirm to Ramya Travels they said today also the bus is cancelled as the owner is using the bus. I have called Redbus informed them on the same. They said simply if so you will get return. They have not bothered for the customer. I have struggled to get another bus due to Sunday and I have paid extra changes to get a ticket. who will pay that.

So the support of the REDBUS and all the bus operator like Ramya Travels Madurai & Vivegam Travels they don't bother for the customer. I would like to say only one thing
YOU DONT HAVE BUSINESS WITH OUT CUSTOMER AND CUSTOME IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR BUSINESS . ONE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER WILL TAKE RAID ON YOUR BUSSINES

I am going to complaint the same to CONSUMER COUT IF THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONCE FORM EITHER REDBUS OR FROM THE Ramya Travels Madurai & Vivegam Travels

Deal ALL PLEASE BE AWAR BEFORE BOOKIMG THROUGH REDBUS OR THROUGH THE TRAVES LIKE Ramya Travels Madurai & Vivegam
