Ref to complaint no.11662188 lodged with customer care,about 10days ago,not resolved till today & defective motor not replaced by channel partner perfect cool services & askin Rs.4950/-for new motor so far we have spent 10000/-from JUly 2013 for various repaires,we are pensioners & senior citizes cannot affrd expenses,we must get motor replced free of cost since it was under AMC.Pl.help.
