I have a Zero B water Purifier. I have logged a complaint on August 25th with complaint number 392132662. I had to lot of follow ups and later on October 12th I came to know from the phone customer care executive that they closed this service request without attending the same. I raised another service request on October 12th itself with the number 536131321. But till today no one has attended my problem. Through telephone customer care executive, I could able to get the Service managers numbers and now they are also not picking my phone calls
