I booked LPG cylinder on Sep.17,2013 for supply through Madhavi Gas Agency,Hyderabad (my consumer No.108077)but no LPG cylinder has been supplied to me till the time of writing this letter on Nov.6, 2013. I have also lodged a complaint (No.1098731) on Oct.29,2013 on toll free tel.No.18002333555 and yet the LPG cylinder is yet to be delivered to me, a legitimate customer. On finding out the status of delivery through Phone it says they have completed their deliveries only till 09.09.2013. When I visited their stockyard about 10 days ago, LPG cylinders were being supplied to many people, but I do not know on what basis (they were just supplying cylinders without even issuing any cash memo.
