BEAM TELECOM INTERNET .SINCE I AM A SUBSCRIBER FOR 15 MBPS SPEED @ Rs 1111.00 SUBSCRIPTION PER MONTH - OWING TO THEIR ALWAYS SLOW SPEED -BELOW THE SPECIFICATIONS OF 15MBPS AS LOW AS 2 MBPS --IT DROPS DOWN TO . COMPALINED ATLEAST A HUNDRED TIMES IN A SPAN OF 2 YEARS BUT NO RELIEF. ALL COMPLAINTS VIA E MAIL ALSO MARKED A COPY TO TRAI (TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA).fINALLY VEXED WITH THE LOW SPEED HAS OPTED (AS PER THE WEBSITE SPECIFICATIONS --PORTAL.BEAMTELE.COM) AND AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAS ORDERED DOWNGRADE OF SPEED AND OPTED FOR 6 MBPS SUBSCRIPTION SCHEME @RS 699.00 PER MONTH). -THE MPTP ATTIITUTE OF THE COMPANY IS THAT ACCORDING TO THEM . IF UOU ORDER UPGRADE THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY COMPLY AND OBLIDGE BUT IF YOU WANT TO DOWNGRADE YOU CANNOT DO THAT TILL END OF THE MONTH .. YOU ARE FORCED TO CONTINUE EXPENSIVE HIGLY PAID SUBSCRIPTION , EVENTHOUGH THE CUSTOMER IS NOT GETTING THE APPROPIATE SPEED AND SATISFACTORY SERVICE. THIS IS TANASHAHI AND EXPLOITATION AND ALSO ---DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE. THIS IS SURELY A COMPANY WITH SARCASTIC AND CHEATING POLICIES.FINALLY THEY DISCONNECTED MY INTERNET CONNECTION AND FORCIBLY EXTRACTED RS 1072.00 TO RESOLVE THE SERVICE BACK .
