Sir, I had applied for PNG connection at my residence Q 243 Sector 21 Jalvayu Vihar NOIDA vide Form No. 34661 dated 29/10/2012 along with a Syndicate bank cheque of Rs 6000/-. Thereafter, I was alloted with BP No. 5000024933. However, my connection has not yet been provided by IGL. Further, subscribers who applied after me have been provided with PNG connection long back in my sector. No of complaints have been lodged and also discussed with management telephonically but to no avail. My complaint no. prj 2013687597 dated 08/10/2013 also refers.
