dear sir,
i cal to the Vodafone company customer care, on 8 th aug2015. i spoke with Mr.krishnan. they told that the company give the cash back amount.. after i wil cal on 11th aug i spoke with Mr. veeramani, and they told that ur request wil not possible sir.. mr. krishnan told the wrong information. so u pls cut the cal... and than they also spoke personaly bad treat with me. the customer Care spoke is not gud. its very bad. they told always lie. i m really disappointed with their company. and also i have so many complain alrdy ia there for the Vodafone. so pls do action for this sir. please sir. pls
