Complaint Details
*i have purchased a "ambrane p2000" portable battery charger on 16th February 2015. from infibeam.com and just under one month from march i am facing charging issue,

*this battery claims to give 2000 ma charging current speed
*but rather its delivering only 600 ma and
*my phone can support maximum 1200 ma

*its not delivering what its claimed and suppose to deliver and the main reason of purchase

*so send mail to ambrane on 3rd April after couple of mails in communication on 15th April they arranged a pickup for the faulty product then days passed by i was waiting eagerly to get my power bank.

*on 4th may i received mail from ambrane that they have shipped my charger back to me, i received it after 2-3 days i don't remember the date. but again in less than a month it happened again. same problem slow charging of device not showing indicators now i wrote them back

*on 15th July it got picked-up, product got them delivered on 21st July . you were thinking why i am writing this its because its back from ambrane and it is still screwed up not charging properly

*i am pissed of this now product is not working properly i have already serviced it 2 times and still problem persist, if you see its in service for 2 months i havent even used it when i needed it most, i don't have time to do this back and forth every time and it will eventually run out of warranty.

*because when i called ambrane to refund my money and take the product back they raised there hands and told me that they cant refund money only seller can give me refund so i asked infibeam to refund my money and and take the faulty product back, but they also raised their hands and said we can only take action only between 72hrs of sale

*they are just selling cheap unworthy product and looting people,

*see the video proof of faulty product how much current it really delivers, i have also checked it on a device called "charger doctor" its the same result

*they said this video doesn't prove anything we don't be-leave in apps so i set a timer to record how much time it takes to charge my phone from Samsung charger and then from ambrane power bank the results are incomparable it took 4hours and 12 minuets to charge from ambrane power bank and Samsung wall charger did it in 1 hour and 35 minuets proof is here i have attached screen shot of both

*i don't want it, i want a refund

i have 2 proofs and i know only you can stop such thing from happening to people.
