Property purchased from Vatika gp at Vatika India next(Plot No7, Emilia, GF, 15thst, Sec-83E,VIN) on 27 May 13. Property changed by vatika to HSG-014/Plot No.25/ST.83E-10/180/GF/83E/VIN. I am paying two loans through Indiabulls (HHLKHU00148785 EMI-15725 ECS on 31st of every month) and (HHLKHU00148769 EMI-10710 ECS on 10th of every month) since 27 May 2013 through my SBI savings accnt number 30320334481. In spite of paying all my EMIs in time, I have still not got the tripartite agreement. I ma paying money for a house whose documents I have not been given since last 02 years, which amounts to fraud. Please instruct Vatika and indiabulls to complete and send me the tripartite agreement at the earliest and also get my ECS debit to indiabulls stopped till they give me tripartite agreement. As per my user account statement on indabulls website, no EMI is outstanding, whereas indiabulls has sent a message saying ECS not cleared from bank on 10 Aug (in spite of money available in bank). No satisfacgory reply from indiabulls customer care.
