We had purchased a Marvel Supreme kitchen machine (Mixer and Grinder, Sr. No. S 404-0314) on 23/07/2014 from CSD, Ferozepur which had a 2 year product guarantee and a 5 year motor guarantee. Within few days of purchase the above said dome (pictures attached) developed multiple cracks.Repeated requests in the last 10 months to the Dealer located at Bhatinda (mentioned above) did not yield any results. Subsequently, complaints were lodged with the company website on 22/06/2015 and again a week later. Representative from the Service Center visited but the complaint was not rectified. Further, the dealer has stopped responding to our phone calls and even multiple calls on the Morphy Richards Toll Free Number (1800-103-5963) yielded no positive outcome. Now as a last ditch attempt once we have exhausted all our complaint avenues we are putting up a complaint with the Consumer Forum for necessary rectification.
