I went to see a movie today. Parked the car in front of the rock climb. Stepped in and heard a noice at the back. Someone left the bigbazzar troolly at the edge of the slope and it has gone and hit the car. I spoke to the security incharge for hours and he told me that he can give Rs 1000 against a cost of 5000. I was not very happy and therefore I sent someone to the phoenix market city office inside the mall. Later Mr David Simon came to the site. He said he is the GM of the phoenix market city. He asled me to file FIR and you could take a walk. He unapologetic with empathy, besides he had no qualities to deal with a customer. He didnt care dam, even when I said that the same could have hurt a kid if he was playing overhere. He said that is not our problem even if it is fatel. So insensitive the management is. Please aviod going to the mall. It may look nice, but no safety measures in place. The last monsoon the stage came on a few adults and kids. BEWARE
