Complaint Details
Through the present letter I would like to request you to register and investigate my complaint against Surekha Motiram Pawar

On the promises and assurance of the car scheme (Honda City VX MT – Golden Brown Metalic ) given by Surekha Pawar;

1. Bank loan – interest rate at 9.25 %
2. Car delivery in 20 days
3. Cash discount of worth Rs. 30,000 per car
4. Without LBT

I and Ashish Bhoir had booked the car at Total Finance Solution on 4/12/2014 making initial payment worth Rs. 1, 50,000(Booking Amount Rs. 75,000 each ).

I submitted all the documents to them for car loan processing. Till the date of 16/1/2015 car loan was not processed by Total Finance Solutions and did not confirm the exact delivery date as well. Firstly they gave me wrong information about rate of interest they promised the rate at 9.5% I ended up getting 10.53% from the bank.

Total finacne did my car loan through 7 Drive multi car(Unit No 237, 2nd Floor, Laxmi Plaza, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053, Laxmi Indl Estate +(91)-22-38545848 +(91)-22-66147766) . I have heard that Total fiance solution does the new car booking at 7 Drive Multi Car Andheri but not sure about the same

I agreed to the new rate of interest.

I gave Rs. 1,00,000 to total finance as an initial down payment on 15/01/2015 and second down payment in the month of February Rs. 2,00,000 on her request as she told me that dealer need down payment amount to hold your car.

Surekha kept on giving me wrong car delivery dates up till 24th April, 2015. Therefore I had to cancel the booking due to non-delivery of the car on time.

Surekha promised to refund my money (Rs. 4, 50,000) on 8th May, 2015. After almost 3 months they did not refunded the money.

Surekha gave us the cheque and told us to deposit the cheques after a week so we did they cheques bounced. When we tried to ask the questions gave us reasons and excuses. She gave us in writting on her compay's letterhead that she will return the payment on 22 July 2015 but she did not return the money and gave us reasons and exuses again.

She and her brother asked for more 15 days and told us that on 15 augest she will return all the money. But again asking for more time. Total finance is saying that moeny is with delaler and dealer is not releasing the money. She had also told us in the month of May and June that cheque is ready with dealer only directors signature is left she has been fooling us ever since second week of April.

I would like request you to look into this matter and help us to get our money as early as possible.
