I have been calling to ask for assistance but they always give me a compliant number and say the technician will call me back. It has been over two weeks and this has happened so many times repeatedly and no one has gotten back to me. When i call to redress my problem the customer service people hang up my call. I am a customer and I should not have to run after someone I am paying for services. I have never seen this kind of incompetence in any other part of the world. I would like you to send them a notice or take strict action against this so they know that they have to leave their bad attitudes behind when talking to a customer.
