I Have Purchased a new handset modal Micro max A104 canvas Fire on 24 Oct 2015. Touch not working in this handset.
i have visited on 13th of August Authorized Service Center ( New Sanganer Road Jaipur & Raisar Plaza Jaipur) but there is touch not available at service center. & no time given for come for touch. normally word says "Company me hi stock ni hai, pata nahi kab aayega, pichhle 1 month se to nahi aaya, kah bhi nahi sakte kab tak ayega".
i think there is no use of 1 year warranty. if warranty of my phone is expired. who will be responsible for charges of service & Touch. who will be bear the expanses & my loss in job due to phone.
i have many important work in my phone. please help if possible or refund my money which was given at time of purchase of mobile.
