I just bought a HP Laptop Order ID: 7837670787, wherein the "SELLER" chosen by me is different from that delivered.
I didn't wanted to return as, I had to avail the HP extended warranty available only upto 23rd of Aug.
Upon calling more than 10 times snapdeal confirmed that the error is with their faulty e-commerce management Software and the only resolution offered was replacing the laptop, knowing that i cannot go for it, to avail the HP extended warranty in time.
My question is WHY THE CUSTOMER HAS TO FACE THE INCONVINECE? WHY DO I NEED TO PAY THE PRICE FOR SUCH faulty e-commerce management system used by Snapdeal ?
Upon raising concern for inconvenience payment they offered me RS. 100.
#SNAPDEAL - NEVER GOING TO BUY FROM YOU. BAD POLICIES AND WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
