Complaint Details
I have ordered the subscription of Bulletins of Material science which is published by the Institute of Science, Bangalore but sold by a third party vendor Scholars without Borders Pvt.Co.Ltd. I made a on line purchase of the journal on 05/03/2015 from the website.It gave me confirmation of delivering the journals on a regular basis but from 7-10 days of placing my order while after 2 weeks I called the institute fro the tracking of my order they said that it will take some time.
Again I made calls after a month this time the reply was that the issuing authority(i.e.IISC, Bangalore) is having problems in printing.
After again a week I called they made me convince that this time it would not be delayed and my subscription will be started earlier as soon as possible but it did not and now the situation is worse and they are not receiving calls from my side.
As the time of requisite of my journal has passed so I am not interested in the journal and want my money to be refunded as not even a single issue or any subscription news letter has been sent to me.It would be better if the complaint is taken into consideration sooner and actions are taken faster on the institute.
