Complaint Details
I would like to lodge an official consumer complaint against Interior decorator Eureka and saisun associate Pune.

OBJECTIVE: To prevent many more customers to be cheated by this fraud/phony organization, by spreading the awareness in public forum & expecting a justice in this regard.
REASON: I have paid INR 300 000 out of 389000 to Saisun associate. In favor of an interior design assignment for my new apartment located at B904- La tierra, Vishrant wadi, Pune, they have not completed even 50 % of work and whatever they have done is half completed. Now asking me to pay full amount and threatening that they will send sellers of raw material to recover their money from me, But I already paid more than 75 % of agreed amount.

AGREEMENT: They have committed me to complete the assignment in 45 days and started work on 25th of May 2015 but till date 18th August 2015 they have not completed the work. I have entire communication in mail format, which we have agreed to implement.

ISSUES: I have noticed all incomplete activities in every item they maid. The engineering work (especially finishing etc) is absolutely worst. There are so many wastage/unusable spaces in wardrobe. they are now asking me to pay full amount in advance to do the work further. I need to keep on calling them and asking for the service or the work they left incomplete.

DISPUTES: I keep on calling them for completion of interior work and asking for the rectification, But there is no proper response/action from their side. Finally after 3 months in second week of August i told them i don't want their service and I will manage things by my own, with the balance INR 89000 amount, then they now started saying that there is additional work they did, which is costing INR 41000 and i have to pay immediately INR. 100000 to them or else they will send supplier of raw material to my home for recover balance money.

EXPECTATIONS: As I’m already the valid example of the victim by spending my heard earn money of INR 300 000 So I’m expecting the justice as soon as possible, by spreading the awareness by filing a consumer case. I do understand the difficulties behind running from pillar to post to get the justice.

They have not even provided any receipt of payment, though for security reason i did all payment by NEFT and Cheque.
Please help me i feel very nervous and worried about my family members too as they are alone at home.
