Expedia is a thief, I booked a hotel in Hong Kong for Rs.13000– *Expedia* *Itinerary number: 7108629814917 *- At the time of booking they assured me, that I don’t have to pay anything now, I could directly pay in cash at the Hotel. I have to only declare my card details as security. Trusting Expedia, I declared my card details, but Expedia shared my card details with the Hotel in hong kong and they charged Rs.14000 [extra Rs.1000] from my account. Expedia has a 100% refund policy on cancellation. So the next day I cancelled my booking. But till date, even after 60 days, I have not got back my money. A travel portal like expedia – acted like an cheat and shared my confidential card details with a hotel in Hong Kong. Can anybody be more cruel? To solve my problem, Navneet and Navdeep from expedia, even asked me to send my bank statement to confirm whether my card was really charged. I sacrificed my privacy and even shared my bank statement, but even then after 60 days, Expedia is really crooked and they have not bothered to refund my 14000!! 4 crooked things done by Expedia 1. Charged Rs.14000, after assuring me that I don’t have to pay anything on booking 2. Charged Rs.1000 extra than the agreed booking amount. 3. Shared my card details with an Alien Hotel, whose credibility is not known to me. 4. Failed to refund for my cancelled booking, even after 60 days.
