Complaint Details
I made complete outstanding payment on 10th August 2015 and this cheque got cleared, all outstanding amount got deducted from my account which included principal and interest till date. I was also promised there would be no more EMI deductions as the account is settled. But still on 17th August 2015 the EMI got deducted from my account through ECS. This is complete cheat and fraud. Looking forwrad to get some solution on this. Even after settling the account EMI is being deducted which is not ethical at all. My loan account number is 23890900136.
EMI of amount 32928 got deducted unnecessarily. Due to this my bank balance got disturbed and i had to arrange for funds instantly for other purposes. I had kept this amount for some other use and these guys deducted the EMI and i had to arrange for funds then. This is ridiculous.
I want my money 32928 back credited to my account ASAP and with compensation as well.
