The remote control of my WAC was not working. On 13th a complaint was lodged through the dealer (no. 1508302120)and their service center @Sector 65 sent me a new remote vide their receipt no. 19552.
Thereafter it was said that the PCB is not working. Then they transferred my complaint to their service provider in Shahibabad who said that the remote supplied is defective.
Now neither of the two service providers wish to rectify the problem, whatever it maybe.
I feel that the basic fault lies with the service provider in Sector 65, Noida (Mob no. 9711620936)
Please note that this speaks volumes about the state of their services as a week is now past.
This is gross deficiency in service on their part and I am sure that with your good offices we will not be inconvenienced further
