Booked Smart Phone Lenovo P780 , from www.thedostore.com , official Lenovo website, with the corporate offer , saying with P780 we will get 3800/- worth accessories free. SanDisk 16GB, MRP 700 Jabra BlueThooth,MRP 1199 On the Go cable MRP 175, Lenovo: Shipment # 100002473 for Order # 100022709. We have received only device not a single , accessories. we have submit complaint 4 times , also did the mail escalation . no reply till time, Company donot have any customer care services, we can only contact the through the mail ID support@thedostore.com, which we do not get any response , we have booked the device on 25th OCt 2013, with the special offer from Thedostore . lenovo official website , very upset with the poor service support. if needed I have all the mail communication , as well website screen shots with the offer
