Hi, I was travelling in BMTC bus on 08/11/2013 around 7.30AM from Mico layout bus stop to Marathahalli in a BMTC bus numbered as 500. I had given 50 RS currency to the bus conductor. Actual bus fare is 19 Rs. He gave me back the 31 Rs which is having three 10 Rupee currencies and 1 rupee coin.

Out of three 10 rupee currencies, one was invalid torn currency which is not acceptable by anyone. I noticed that immediately showed him the same and asked the bus conductor to change the currency note.

He didn’t give me back another currency note instead of that torn invalid currency and also he was talking vulgarly with bad words in front of all the passengers in his local language which I could not understand.

Hence, I would like to raise a grievance against the bus conductor. Hope will get justice.
