DEAR SIR,WE HAVE PURCHASED AN 1.5TON AC ON 7-2-2014.ITS WORKING IS NOT SATISFIED.WE HAVE COMPLAINING THE DEALER.THEY ARE GIVING SUGGESTIONS TO THE SERVICE PEOPLE.THEY ARE NOT RESPONDED PROPERLY.WHEN I HAD AWARED AND GIVEN ON LINE COMPLAINT THEY RESPONDED THAT YOUR WARRANTY HAS COMPLETED.THEY ARE NOT VISITED MY MACHINE AND SIMPLY TELLING THAT IF WE VISIT YOUR MACHINE WE WILL CHARGE 1400/-.ACTUALLY WE ARE THE WARRANTY FOR 5 YEARS.THEY ARE TELLING THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO THIS COMPLAINT.PLEASE GIVE ME THE SUGGESSION OR SOLLUTION.WE ARE VERY MUCH SUFFERED.
