I am Ethiraj Balaji who is a jet privilege Gold member in jet airways.I got renewed my membership in January 2015,for which I am supposed to be sent a renewal kit with upgrading vouchers. I am writing mails for 4 months. But not action was taken.same reply is given.i attached the proof here.
