Complaint Details
I bought an Asus Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) from Dev Computers, Aligarh on 17 th June 2015. The phone has started problem after one month only from buying. Firstly motherboard of this phone corrupted. I sent it to service centre & they had changed it's motherboard. After 3-5 days it became dead again. I had sent it again & they returned it to me on 2nd August-15. But again the same problem repeated after 2 days on 4th August & now the phone is dead again. It is not switching on. I had made complaint to ASUS & asked for replacement of this defective product. I can’t use this new product properly for 1 month also after investing Rs-21000/-. And till date I am not getting any proper response after mailing, calling & chatting so many times from 5th August,2015 to ASUS support centre. They are not responding properly. ASUS customer helpline executives are telling to wait & I am waiting & waiting from 5th August-15 to till date. ASUS is delivering defective products to customers & also they are not taking responsibility of servicing & replacement. Complaint details of my phone is given below:-
