Complaint Details
We have ordered a product (Set of 5 floral king size 3D Bedsheets with 10 pilow covers) from Naaptol online shopping private limited. While placing an order (order no. 15647201) on telephone on July 16, 2015, the Napptol executive confirmed that in case, we do not find product as per our expectation, we can return the product and we will get 100% cash refund i.e. Rs. 3,398/-. After the product was delivered to us, we found the cloth is not good and so we returned the product. Naaptol took weeks and instead of refunding cash, they are trying to give us vouchers which is against what they had stated. No they are claiming that cash refund is not their policy. When we reminded them about conversation with their executive before placing an order, they said, they will check call logs etc. and get back to us. So far there is no contact from their superior. Each time we call their customer service, a new person takes a call and we end-up in repeating the story and they give same assurance that their executive will call back.
