I am a terribly frustrated and disgusted customer of Tatasky.
From 28.06.09 I am a Tatasky customer and from July 2009 onwards I have been subscribing for Annual Mega South Pack by paying the requisite amount. Every year I remit the amount online through netbanking or through debit card, etc and I was getting uninterrupted service.
In 2015, my renewal date was 28th July, 2015 and incidentally I was out of the country and Tatasky very conveniently blocked the signals on 28th of July 2015. Since I was handling the renewal and all other activities related to Tatasky, none in my family have ever handled any issues.Upon getting a desperate call from son stating the signal have been blocked, I did transfer Rs.7900/- ( the charges for ANNUAL SOUTH MEGA PACK) from United States through online transfer and my son confirmed that the facilities have been restored.
I returned from USA on 8th August 2015. If I remember correctly, on 11th August 2015 I got a call from Tatasky asking me to remit a further amount of Six hundred and odd rupees to which I had vehemently opposed since I have transferred the requisite fees for Annual Mega Pack.
Since then I have been talking to Tatasky customer care everyday - to different persons at different time at different levels. Everytime I am getting a reply stating that we have raised the issue to our backend office and you will hear from them in two hours time. Those calls does not come through at all.
On 20th I spoke to a Customer Care supervisor viz. Ms. Shabnam and she also had the same dialogue. For a change on 21st August 2015 I got a call from one Mr. Amit and he was asking me to remit rupees 1200+, a straight jumb of another 600 rupees. I had a lot of cross exchange of conversation and the call was abruptly disconnected by Mr.Amit. During the conversation, he also mentioned that it is mandatory for me to remit the money failing which the services will be disconnected.
I had requested Mr.Amit to send me an e-mail stating the facts to which he duly agreed to communicate to me immediately. However, till 22nd I did not get the response from Mr.Amit, I again contacted Tatasky and spoke to one Mr.Shailesh whose tone of conversation was cordial and amiable. Like others, as usual, he also told me that I will get a response in 2 hours time. Almost 24 hours have passed, I have still not got any response from Tatasky.He also advised me to send a mail to the above maid ID detailing the issue which I am adhering to now.
After paying Rs.7900/- for a Annual Mega Pack on 28th of July 2015, my next renewal date should be 27th July 2015 whereas my account status presently is shown that my next renewal date is 13th February 2016.
Since Rs.7900/- is for ANNUAL MEGA SOUTH PACK, I demand that you renew the services for one year failing which I will be constrained to take up this issue with the concerned authorities where a consumers problems are addressed to.
I look forward to a proper communication from your side urgently.

I am not getting any proper help from them and they are harassing me and trying to squeeze money out of me.
