Dear Concern,

Greetings!!

On 11th day of Aug, 2015 I brought a Titan Raga Analog Women's watch which had MRP of Rs. 6296 but after discount I brought the same for Rs. 4092. I got automated confirmation for the same and did payment via net banking but when I received the package it contained some different and crap watch which is lesser in price i.e MRP of Rs. 3495.

Now first thing is they have delivered a wrong product which is lesser in value and cheated me in the name of discount and secondly they have also sold a product more than it's MRP (i.e. Product with MRP 3495 to Rs. 4092) which is a legal offense.

You can also notice difference in the watch type in the order confirmation image enclosed herewith.

I have high regards for the law and I request you to deliver me justice.
