I had purchase Maruti Ciaz in the Month of April 2015,

Details of the vehicle given below::

Car Model:: CIAZ VDI

Just one week after i had purchase the vehicle, i found a knocking sound from the steering wheel. I thought the sound would vanish after couple of month so i didnt complain.
After second servicing the sound eventually increased so much that it was barely drive-able. I went to the servicing center, they had kept the car for two days and came up to a conclusion that the steering assembly needs to changed.

They told me that they had ordered the spare part and will solve the issue within a week.

After one month,after i called them if the part has come, they confirmed its availability. I went for the servicing they told me they will replace the spare part.

So basically we came to a deal that they will change the part and problem will be solved. I gave the car for servicing on 17th AUGUST 2015 and got it serviced on 23rd August 2015.

The had initially told me over phone that they had changed the spare part, i had asked them to keep the old part after that as i need to take a picture for record, the said "okey sir". Few minutes later they rang me and said" sir, we have not changed the part but we have fixed it"

I had no problem if the problem was fixed. But today on 24th August 2015, when i drove the car the sound infact was more louder now.

Now you tell me after spending Rs.10laks on a car what we get is crap. Horrible crap machine by Maruti.
