Complaint Details
I joined the PG accommodation being run in Raunak International, run by IP Singh and JP Singh through a broker. Before joining, we talked infront of my broker about one month's prior notice to leave the PG service among various other facilities they promised to provide us. The second day, basing the worst experience of their negligence, I informed JP singh, that I'm going to leave the PG at the of the month as one month's prior notice is needed. He nodded his head that day. After two days his elder brother IP Singh was informed about my leaving PG by JP Singh. He told me to find a replacement for me to be relieved saying he would also search for one and when a new customer comes he would relieve me first. I thought all of that was casual among busines and ignored as my part to inform him was done!

At the end of the month, he troubled 6 people along me forcing to pay rent for the next month also and then to leave. To my shock, he lied that I didn't inform him about leaving at all the previous month. The next day we (I and other 6people) thought of leaving that place immediately. But JP had locked one our luggages to prevent us from leaving. We went to karol bagh's police station for help and to file fir. There, we were suggested to go to a traffic police booth to get a police constable's help. We, in hurry to get the luggage and quit the PG forgot about fir and left the police station to approach the traffic police booth. There the constable told us to try to leave the PG and if problem occured, he wanted us to call 100 for police help, then and there following which an inspector would be coming to help us in patrolling van. We headed back to the PG to take our luggage and shift to hotel. This time the brothers were not that rude and were trying softly to get a letter written by everyone of us that we were not paying the rent of that month and so our advanced could be forfeited. We understood the cunning brain of the idiot and none cared for his demand. Finally all us came out, after which few stayed in hotel and few adjusted at their friend's house.

The other guys had their advance paid money lost which is 15000 per person for double shring.
My advance for single sharing room was 20000 for which I still had the receipt and they cheated me for it with lies and innovated, instant rules and regulations, ofcourse they showed their barbaric greed for money by saying logics of no sense and which matter least here. Apart from this, the labourers who work there were ill treated and paid very less (around 6-7k) monthly and were burdened to work heavily.
