Complaint Details
It is informed that I availed the service for getting the job under Consumer Code 150609CS2030255 on 13th June 2015 and I regret to say that now I am in loss as neither providing any opportunity based on my profile nor providing me the refund while on availing their service, they assure me that you would definitely get the opportunity.
Now its being 2 and a half month gone and ask me to wait some time while I am sure that nothing will be happened and further they said that refund is not our policy, how one can say that, if they are not providing the service as they promised. There are so many people who availed the same and nothing happens and they do not take steps as they think company will not hear it, but it is not right for the consumers.
It is requested that look into the matter and oblige
