i had requested to change my plan in march due to my excess bill since i relocated to bhiwandi (where i was charged roaming) also requested to stop the itemised bill as Vodafone started to charge Rs.49 suddenly. Along with this I also requested to start ROAM LITE service on my number so that i would not be charged roaming charges.

During this time I was given wrong information for the new plan suggested. The plan was changed next day howere my other two request was not noticed. Next month they again charged roaming when i called they said no roam like service was activated. Again in april i requested to activate inspite of every month email and calls this was not activate until July. I requested to make reversal

for roaming every month they promised me that next month bill will reflect reversal for roaming itemised bill and the service fees that was charged on incorrect amount. however this changes never happened and now again Rs 690 has been charged on my bill stating data capping as one time fees. My bill amount has increased to Rs 3140 for two months inspite my outgoing has been cancelled.Whenever i call customer service they always say there wassyste glitch or server was not updated due to which this reversal is not happening. Please help me to reverse all the incorrect amount that has been charged on my account
