Complaint Details
We had Purchased a Haier India's AC, From the Date of Purchase It is not Functioning Properly. Every Time we Lodged a Complaint for Service of our AC, and Every Time there Engineer didnot Visit us and Haier India Send Us a Message that Your Complaint has been resolved ( without even visiting Us). HAIER INDIA DID IT EVERY TIME WHEN WE RESGISTER A COMPLAINT.
When we Contact there cuseomer Respresentative , they said they will register a new complaint for the same problem.
When we tried contacting their Service centre Managaer Mr. Krishan, He always misbehaves and keep on saying, "Do whatever you want to do, Nobody can do anything with me" .
THis time we Tried Contacting there Area Mananger , Mr. Sumit.
He also Keep on saying the Same thing.
I want To register a Complaint Against Haier India Pvt Ltd,they the given us faulty product and just because of that, there AC is not working properly and ALso they Misbehaves with the Customer and did not respond to there complaints
